I'm Jemma, I'm 27 and I'm based in Oxfordshire and I guess I'm a Baker now? Haha. Thats me below, I can't make the picture any smaller so sorry for my face being so in your face :')
I've been baking all my life; I remember helping my Mum when I was younger, make a Fruit Cake every Sunday morning for my dad to take to work in his Lunchbox throughout the week. If you're lucky, you may get to try that Fruit Cake one day!
I originally thought of selling my Bakes online about 5 years ago when I had the idea of sending out a single Brownie to fit through the Letter Box as a little treat to your future self.
Due to my Mental Health I've had to come up with a way of living my life a little different to how we're meant to and so it wasn't until February 2019 that I started bringing the idea to life.
Even if you place just one order with me, even for a single Brownie/Blondie, it would mean the world as you'll be helping someone do what they genuinely love for a living. Ordering "just" a Brownie/Blondie has a bigger impact than you think. (Look up the Just a card campaign!)
I want to say a huge thank you to all my internet friends who've really helped and supported me throughout setting this up! I probably wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for you guys!!
